Progress of Accelerator and Electron Microscope Link in Study of Material Science

  • Ion beam or electronbeam irradiation will lead to the change of material microstructure. By the use of facilities composed of an electron microscope and ion accelerator(s), the microstructure evolvement in material can be insitu studied during the irradiation and following annealing processes.
