Near-barrier Fusion of ^9,11Be+²⁰⁹Bi

Abstract

The purpose and importance of the study of ^9,11Be+²⁰⁹Bi near barrier fusion were reviewed. The breakup effects of the halo nuclei on fusion were discussed and compared with the experimental results of ^9,11Be+²⁰⁹Bi systems.
