Abstract

The study of nuclear spectroscopy by using the High spin isomer Beam(HSIB)facility in RIKEN was introduced.The production of HSIB based on the inverse kinematics in heavy ion nuclear reaction,and its application for secondary nuclear reaction were stressed The first experimental result by using HSIB was also briefly discribed.
