  • The advances and achievements of studies on an integral split ring (ISR) RFQ accelerator for heavy ions at Peking University are presented in this paper.These include beam dynamics of RFQ accelerator,RF characteristics of RFQ cavity and studies of technological design.A 26MHz Prototype ISR RFQ resonator has been built .The voltage of 82kV between the electrodes and the acceleration of N + beam from 20keV to 300 keV have been achieved.These have proed the feasibility and advantage of this...
