  • In this paper the nuclear analysis techniques in the Shanghai Institute of Nuclear Research and their applications in material science have been briefly introduced. Progresses have been made during recent years in studies, in particular, on the surface collision dynamics, ion implantation defects, nanometer-scale materials and nanometer-processing,cluster and fullerene.
