Abstract
能谱分析型仪表物质在辐射作用下所产生的激发、电离、散射、核反应等物理效应,特别是由该物质发射出的射线能谱,是鉴别物质元素组成和进行微量分析的理想手段。近年来由于出现了高分辨率的核探测器和多道脉冲幅度分析器等核电子学仪器,核分析技术的灵敏度和准确度大为提高。电子计算机的广泛应用,进一步改善了核分析仪表的性能,实现操作程序化、简便化、数据处理自动化、智能化、结构也更趋于小型化、轻便化。
