Abstract
食品辐射保藏第二次世界大战后,随着放射性同位素的生产和应用,开始了利用放射线处理食品的试验。一些研究成果表明,利用电离辐射可以杀灭食品中的病原菌和腐败菌,防治害虫和抑制马铃薯与洋葱的发芽。这一研究首先从加拿大开始,美苏欧洲各国也竞相进行,后来又发展到亚洲,南美,东南亚等50多个国家。
