摘要: 对重离子与生物分子相互作用中能量损失的物理机制进行了分析和讨论，对现有电子能量损失的研究进展进行了评述，指出将要研究的方向。

Abstract: The mechanisms of energy loss in the process of heavy ion interaction with biomolecule are analyzed and discussed， the recent related research progresses are reviewed and some future research directions are indicated.
