摘要: 建立了一套用于产生瞬变物种的脉冲放电超声分子束装置 ,并以N2 气为例 ,对脉冲放电电压、相对于脉冲阀的时间延迟、放电频率以及气压等因素对发光特性的影响等进行了研究 ,从转动谱线轮廓估算出分子束可将转动温度冷却在 3 0K以下. A new equipment of pulse electric discharge supersonic mole cu lar beam is set up for producing transient species in studying metal-containing radical LIF spectra. Using N 2 gas, the effects of discharge voltage, de lay time relative to the pulse valve, discharge frequency and other factors to t he emission properties have been studied.
