氪的贝特面

  • 摘要: 用高分辨快电子能量损失谱方法 ,在入射电子能量 2 .5keV、激发能范围 8—88eV、动量转移范围 0 .0 5 6— 3 .5 6ato.unit的条件下 ,测量了氪的贝特面 ,并进一步分析了贝特面的特性.

     

    Abstract: By means of the electron energy loss spectroscopy(EELS), th e generalized oscillator strength density(GOSD) of krypton has been experimentally determined over a range 0.056K3.56 ato.unit and 8E88 eV, where K and E are momentum transfer and energy transfer respectively.The inci dent electron energy is 2.5 keV. As the function of momentum tansfer and energy transfer, the characteristic of the Bethe surface is analysed.
