摘要: 本文主要从公式、数据的来源、探测效率、质子束流的测定、主、少量元素和微量元素的计算、精确度、探测限等方面介绍厚靶ＰＩＸＥ分析的近年来的发展及复旦大学厚靶ＰＩＸＥ工作的开展． All aspects about quantitative analysis of thick samples including formalism, data base, detector efficiency, charge measurement,calibration of major, minor and trace elements,accuracy and detection limits are reviewed. The development of Fudan university on these areas are also discussed.
