摘要: 本文综述了上海原子核所关于集团冲击表面的研究进展，并对集团溅射和表面形貌关联进行了讨论． A brief summary for the developments of cluster impact surface including sputtering, surface topography and the influence of topographical feature on the sputtering process, is presented.
