在聚合物中离子注入和掺杂的研究

Study of Doped Polymer

  • 摘要: 经掺杂后的聚合物能变成半导体.本文除简要地介绍掺杂方式和一般的研究方法外,将着重介绍用穆斯堡尔方法研究所得的结果.The doped polymer can become semiconductor or conductor.In this paper,we mainly in-troduce the results studied by M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy in addition to briefly introducing the dopingmethods and other study methods.
