Electron-impact Ionization Cross Sections and Rates for Highly Charged Argon Ions

  • 摘要: 利用扭曲波Born交换近似方法 ,系统地计算了Ar的类氢到类钠离子的电子碰撞电离截面和速率系数.同时使用精度高的拟合公式对直接电离截面、激发截面、总激发自电离截面和速率系数进行了拟合,以满足实际应用的需要.A distorted-wave Born exchange (DWBE) approximation includ in g relativistic correction is used to calculate the electron-impact ionization cross sections and rate coefficients for the highly charged argon ions: Ar 7+ , Ar 8+ , ... , Ar 17+ . The comparison of the calculated results wit h the experimental data and other theoretical calculations shows that the DWBE method is valid for these ions.
