  • 摘要: 本文介绍了由中国原子能科学研究院研制成功的12MeV电子辐照加速器在生产快速、高频可控硅、整流管、快恢复二极管和黄玉改色方面的应用情况. A 12Men linear electron accelerator developed by China Institute of Atomic Energy has been used in radiation processing in production of high sped and frequency silicon controlled rectifiers, recovery diodes and colouration of gemstones.
